Manage Memberships

Manage Memberships can be accessed by going to POS > Manage Memberships. The Manage Memberships section allows you to view the different membership types available in your program, as well as create membership plans that your customers can join or purchase.

On the Manage Membership page, you can view all the membership plans available in your program. Through the Action tab, you have the option to edit or delete membership details. You can also activate or deactivate a membership by clicking the checkmark icon.

Click the New Record button to create a new membership plan.

Create Memberships

On the Create Membership page, begin by entering the membership name, then select its category and type. For the Membership Type, you can choose from Starter, Upgrade, or Downgrade. Additionally, you must enter the Transaction History Name, which will be displayed in all areas of the transaction history.

Note:

Transaction History Name - The transaction history name displays in all areas the transaction history is visible, including the online member profile and mobile app.

On the left side of the page, you can set the membership price. You have the flexibility to offer discounts, choose pricing options such as yearly or quarterly, apply referral discounts, and include any applicable taxes in the pricing setup

In the Global Settings section, you will have the option to make the service global, meaning it will be available at all locations, or you can select specific locations where the service will be available.

In the Membership Benefits section, you can include services, bundles, and products as part of the membership perks. You also have the option to offer service credits and product credits, as well as apply discounts to both services and products.

In Membership Design, you can customize the membership, including the Membership Title and description. You can also upload a picture of the membership and specify its appearance on the website and mobile app.

Note:

Service Title - The service title should indicate what the service is or its value, for example: $10 Off or BOGO - Buy One Get One FREE. This actually defines what the customer will receive when they visit and redeem the service.

Service Description - Visible description on the service coupon.

In the Membership Rules section, you can specify when the membership becomes active, either from the sale date or upon first redemption. Additionally, you can set the payment frequency.

In the Advanced Properties section, you can configure additional membership settings. You have the option to set a Redemption Limit, which can be defined as No Limits, Wait Time Between Purchases, or Redemption Frequency. You can also choose to waive the membership fee if needed. Additional options include allowing members to cancel or freeze their membership, and enabling the Auto-Renew button to be displayed for convenience.

Note:

Wait Time Between PurchasesThe required wait time between purchases to use service or product credits.

Redemption FrequencyThe allowed number of credit redemptions allowed within the selected time frame.
