Manage Bookings can be found by going to POS > Manage Bookings. Before you proceed with Manage Booking, you must first select a location that you will manage.
On the Manage Bookings page, you’ll see a schedule-style layout designed to help you efficiently manage bookings for your selected location. You can navigate to different dates by clicking on the calendar. Additionally, you have filter options available, such as Service Status, Resource, or Employee, to help you quickly find and manage specific bookings.
To create a new booking, simply click anywhere on the calendar or use the "New Booking" button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
When creating a New Booking, you have the option to choose between Block Booking and Guest Booking. Block Booking is ideal for scheduling multiple customers or a large group wanting a service or product at the same time, or simply blocking a time a day members cannot book. Guest Booking is intended for one-time or non-member customers. If the customer is already a member, you can easily locate their profile by entering their details in the Search Member bar.
In this example, we will use Test Member as a reference. Start by selecting a service. Next, choose the date and time for the booking. If you want to quickly find available time slots for the day, you can use the First Available Bookings option. This will automatically display the next available openings for the selected service.
When selecting a time for the booking, you may encounter a red panel. This indicates that the time slot is either blocked or already booked by another member. Additionally, a crown icon represents a VIP Hour booking, meaning only members with a VIP membership are allowed to reserve that specific time slot.
After selecting the time, you can assign an employee to perform the service. If applicable, you also have the option to add products related to the service. If the member will be using additional services, simply click “Add Another Service” at the bottom left of the screen to include them in the same booking.
In the Booking Details section, you'll see a summary of the booking you've created. This includes all selected services and relevant information. You also have the option to add service-related products if needed.
In the final step of the booking process, you'll select the customer's preferred payment method: Cash, Card, or ACH. If the customer chooses to pay by card, you’ll have the option to save the card details for future convenience. You can also add a tip if the customer wishes to include one. Once all the payment details are completed, simply click the "Payment" button to finalize the booking.
If cash is selected as the payment method, you’ll be prompted to either mark the payment as pending or confirm it as Paid. Once this step is completed, a confirmation notification will appear indicating that the booking has been successfully processed.
To view the created booking, simply click on the scheduled entry. This will show the full details of the booking. From there, you also have the options to edit, cancel, check in, or process the payment as needed.
You can access quick actions by clicking the three-line icon (menu icon) located on the right side of the booking details.
