Manage Bundles

Manage Bundles can be accessed by going to POS > Manage Bundles. The "Manage Bundles" section allows you to organize and manage bundles, which are groups of products or services sold together at a combined price.

Manage Bundle Grid

On the Manage Bundle page, you can view all the bundles created in the program. In the Action tab, you have options to view, edit, or delete each bundle. Additionally, clicking the checkmark next to a bundle name allows you to manage its category easily.

Create Bundle

Clicking the "New Record" button allows you to create a new bundle. On the Create Bundle page, you'll first need to enter the basic details, including the bundle name, category, bundle type, and transaction history name.

Note: Transaction History Name - The transaction history name displays in all areas the transaction history is visible, including the member’s profile and mobile app.

You can set the service price along with its credit value. Additionally, you can apply extra charges such as tax, commission, cancellation fees, and no-show fees as needed.

In the Global Settings section, you have the option to make the service global, meaning it will be available at all locations, or you can select specific locations where the service will be available.

You can add the Tax Group by selecting it in the Tax Settings.

The Bundle Benefits section allows you to assign service credits and offer discounts on services and products. You can choose to apply these discounts as either a percentage or a flat amount, depending on your preference.

Note: Services Discounts - Give additional incentive to guests who purchase this package by offering them discounts on services.

The Services and Products Included sections let you choose which services or products are included in the bundle. You can also enable the Service Redemption Order, which ensures that members must fully use items with a lower redemption order before redeeming those with a higher order. Note that this option is only available if Service Credits or Product Discounts are enabled.

Note: Do you want to add redemption order? - Guest will have to exhaust all products of lower redemption order before redeeming the higher redemption order products.

In Service Design, you have the option to customize the service, including the Service Title and the service description. You can also upload a picture of the service and specify how it will appear on the website and the mobile app.

Note:

Service Title - The service title should indicate what the service is or its value, for example: $10 Off or BOGO - Buy One Get One FREE. This defines what the customer will receive when they visit and redeem the service.

Service Description - Visible description on the service coupon.

In the Bundle Rules section, you can define when the bundle becomes valid and set its expiration date.

The Bundle Restriction section provides options for managing the visibility, accessibility, and editing permissions of the bundle being created.
