- Statistics Subtabs




In this article, we will discuss Statistics and its subtabs. Most of the subtabs follow the same procedures as the Broadcast Statistics.

 

To view Statistics, go to Stats >Statistics.

Broadcast Statistics

Broadcast Statistics subtab is a report that displays campaign engagement, including email delivery and open rates.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard Statistic subtab displays the most active members based on specific parameters, such as referrals or check-ins.

Member List

The Member List Statistic subtab displays the number of confirmed members and unsubscribes in the program's member lists and Tier lists.

Offer Statistics

The Offer Statistics subtab feature displays the current offers in the program and their performance metrics. The dashboard shows the initial data, such as the number of offers delivered, opened, redeemed, and the spend rate. It also provides information on check-ins.

Transaction Statistics

The Transactions Statistics subtab report displays the total number of transactions, the total amount spent, and the total points earned in the loyalty program. It is an excellent tool to identify your top spenders and members who may advance to a higher tier.

Trigger Statistics

The Trigger Statistics subtab feature displays the triggers within the program and their performance. The dashboard provides information on the number of deliveries, opens, transactions, spending rate, and points issued. Additional metrics can be added by clicking on the edit column.

User Account

This User Account subtab report shows the activity performance of program back-office users during the specified period. The statistics include the number of autoresponders and broadcasts created.

Group Location View

You can view statistics for the entire program, a group of locations, or an individual location. To view multiple locations, toggle them on and press Apply. To create a group, toggle the locations on and press the Create button.

Date Range 

On the statistics grid page, click the filter icon in the menu bar to select the timeframe you’d like to view. Once you've selected the timeframe, press the Apply button.

Choose Your Columns 

Press the column filter icon on the menu bar to select the columns you'd like visible. Then, check the items you want visible and drag and drop the order to suit your needs.

Delete Statistics 

You can select and delete statistics for the selected campaigns on the statistics page.

Export Statistics 

There is a menu item to export data. When analyzing a specific campaign or item, click the magnifying glass to view a more detailed statistical snapshot.

Statistical Snapshot 

The Statistics Snapshot gives a statistical breakdown by timeframe. You can also view Open Statistics, Link Statistics, Bounce Statistics, and Unsubscribe Statistics, if any.
