Reporting - Weekly / Monthly Reporting






Introduction

In this article, we will cover monthly and weekly reporting. Monthly and weekly reporting involves sending a program snapshot to the business owner, enabling them to assess the performance of the entire program

To view a report individually, you can go to the Stats tab > Reporting > Weekly or Monthly Reports. 

 

 



Report Automation 

To create the automation for the reports, go to Tools and Settings > Settings > Program Settings. 

 

 


On the Backoffice Setting sub-tab you can set the time frames for weekly and monthly reporting. If the report is sent on a Saturday, it will include statistics from the previous Friday through Saturday. 

 


NOTE: 

  • Weekly/ Monthly Reports 
    • Weekly/ Monthly - If ON, weekly reports will email to each approved user class. 
    • Subject - Subject will appear on each email report. 
    • Weekly/Monthly Sending Time - Choose the day & time the report will send. 


You can choose to send the reports to business owners, managers, or both. 

 



When a report is sent, the user has the option to look at previous weeks by selecting a week's timeframe and generate the necessary statistics for that week.

In the report, you can find details about everything in the program, you also have the option to view this on a mobile phone, which provides a user-friendly view of the weekly and monthly snapshots.
