Introduction

In this article, we will discuss Statistics, specifically Broadcast Statistics

To view Broadcast Statistics, go to Stats > Statistics > Broadcast 



You can view statistics for the entire program, group of locations, or an individual location. To view multiple locations, toggle them on and press Apply. To create a group, toggle the locations on and press the Create button

  




Date Range

On the statistics grid page, click the filter icon in the menu bar to select the timeframe you’d like to view. Once you've selected the timeframe, press the Apply button.  

 




Revenue Attribution

By default, all transactions are attributed to the most recent broadcast. Toggle Off the Revenue Attribution to choose how many transactions after a broadcast is received count towards the Transaction count and Spend Rate.  

 

 


 

Choose Your Columns 

Choose the columns you’d like visible by pressing the column filter icon on the menu bar. Check the items you would like visible and drag and drop the order to your needs.  

 

 



Delete Broadcast Statistics

You can select and delete statistics for the selected campaigns on the broadcast statistics page.

 

 

 


Export Broadcast Statistics

There is a menu item to export data as well. When analyzing a specific campaign or item click the magnifying glass, and a more detailed Statistical Snapshot displays.

 

 



Statistical Snapshot

The Statistical Snapshot gives a statistical breakdown by timeframe. You can also view Open Stats, Link Stats, Bounce Stats, and Unsubscribe Stats, if any.
