Reporting - Tablet Reporting

Introduction

In this article, we will discuss Tablet Reporting. The Tablet Reporting page can be found on the Stats tab > Reporting > Tablet Reporting sub-tab

Tablet Reporting Grid

Each time a tablet is logged in, an entry is posted on this page.

  • If a tablet is logged in once, there will only be one entry on this page indefinitely.
  • If the tablet is logged out and logged in multiple times, numerous entries will display the same data, with the modified date being the most recent.

On this page, you have the option to select multiple entries and choose to delete them. This may be required if multiple duplicate entries exist for a given tablet. For instance, if you know the primary location of a business, whatever the business location name may be, has only one tablet. You may choose to delete one of the entries.

You can send updates to the provided tablet. When updates are available, a message and pop-up will display. Simply follow the steps in the tablet wizard, and the tablet will launch with the updated version. This tool is useful for franchises with multiple locations.

NOTE:

  • Token Not Found - Firebase updated the Web API Key, making previous versions no longer functional. To receive the latest app updates, you must manually reinstall the tablet app.

Additionally, you can choose to view detailed reporting by clicking the magnifying glass. All information about the tablet will be displayed on this page.

You can enhance your dashboard layout by adding columns using the "Edit Column" button.

In the upper left corner, there is a filter to view specific date ranges.
