Step 2 – Use Back-Office Login Credentials to Login
Step 3 – Choose to Pin Coordinates or Edit Coordinates
without"Pin Coordinates" apply to locations without a set longitude or latitude. If you do not see your location, click the "Edit Coordinates" button.
Edit Coordinates apply to locations you’d like to update or tighten the radius.
Step 4 – Select the API
Reverse Geocoding is the most accurate API for obtaining the geocoordinates. If this method is not accurate after testing, try the Geocoding method.
Step 5 – Select the Radius
Once the location is selected, choose the radius allowed to check-in. Check-ins outside the radius will not be permitted. A default radius will likely be in place; if not, type the desired radius. Once set, press the submit button. Test checking in at the location; increase the radius amount if check-ins fail. The suggested radius is above 25 feet.
