Introduction
In this article, we will discuss the Managed Members.
The Managed Members tab can be found by going to the Members tab > Managed Members subtab.
Manage Members Grid
On this page, you can view all members inside of the program and can perform various bulk actions. You may also filter member's by clicking the Filters member button, and different filtering actions will be displayed. You may choose the list or segment and press the Apply button to view a given list and segment. To view members by activity status, select the given status and press the Apply button. To close the filter slide out, press the Filter button.
To view different columns on the page, press the column button, and the given page columns will display in the left slide out. You may check the columns you would like visible, and if you wish, drag, and drop column checkboxes to customize your column view. To apply the view, press the Apply button.
To perform bulk actions, choose the check box at the top left, or manually select multiple checkboxes. You may update a member's activity status for all media preferences. For SMS To Confirm status, use this feature with caution. When selected, either on this page or when manually adding a member and choosing SMS Confirmed, a text will be sent to the member to confirm their opt-in.
Other bulk options include Moving Members to New Lists, Suspending or Unsuspend Members, Adding and Removing Offers, Tagging Big Spenders, and Deleting Contacts. Typically, offers are added to a member's account through a broadcast, and with reward point goals, they are automatically added. However, suppose for some reason, a mistake has been made and an offer was deleted. In that case, you may manually add an offer to a member's account here versus sending a broadcast.
The Big Spenders tag is used for programs that do not track spending. In this case, a workaround to keep track of Big Spenders is selecting the appropriate members and clicking the Big Spender button. When broadcasting, you can now target these members. Additionally, when using Gamification, you can allow Big Spenders to win more robust rewards and keep them excited in your program.
To select all members, click the Select All link, as when clicking the box on the upper left, it will only choose the members visible on the page.
At the bottom of the page, you may view 10, 20, 50, or 100 contacts or members at a given time, and you may scroll through pages by doing so at the bottom right.
If your permission allow, you can also import and export members, by clicking the dropdown on the New Record button.
