Introduction
The Sender Profile can be found under Tools and Settings icon > Settings tab > Sender Profiles subtab.
A Sender Profile is required to send emails inside the program. If you log into your program and in the bottom right-hand corner see a warning that says Sender Profile not created, you must create the profile.

If you have a Sender Profile that is not verified, a red icon will appear next to the email. Edit the profile, press “Click to Verify Email,” and once the verification link is clicked, edit and resave the Sender Profile. The icon will change from red to green. If you wish to create a new Sender Profile, you may do so by clicking on the New Record.

While entering the necessary details, go to the reply-to email section and press “Click to Verify Email,” and do the same for bounce email. Amazon SES services will send a double opt-in link to confirm, and once verified, you start broadcasting.
- Internal Profile Name - This is the Profile Name. It is only visible to software users, not members. The email must be verified by Amazon.
You can choose to make an email your default for all locations or specific ones.
Signature
You can also create signatures for the Sender Profiles. Different token links can be used, which is convenient if a business wants a location signature. For instance, if there are 10 locations, we could use the Location Owner Name, Address, Phone, Website, or if “Location Details” is chosen, the location details will include everything found in the location link dropdown. Each transaction trigger includes the location information where the transaction took place.
