Post Transactions








Introduction

The Post Transaction can be found at the New Record tab > Transactions subtab. Another option is going to the Transactions tab > Post Transactions subtab.  

 

 

 

 


Manage Transaction Grid

To post a transaction, you must select a single location. If multiple locations are set and the New Record button is pressed, an error will display.

 

 


 

Post Transaction

To find a member on this page, you can search for them using their name, email, mobile, or member card ID. If the member has enough available points, reward offers will be displayed for redemption. In addition, if any rewards have been broadcasted to the member, they will be displayed. If no offers are available, the post-transaction fields will be displayed immediately. 

 

 


In this example, we'll redeem an offer. To redeem the offer, press the Use Offer button, enter the transaction amount, and press the Submit Transaction button. 

 

 

 

 

If successful, a pop-up will display how many Points were Earned on the Transaction, if there were any Extra Day Points, and Offer Bonus Points. It will also display the Customer New Point Total. 

 



You can also view the member's transaction history on this page.
