Getting Started - Understanding The Rules





Introduction

In this article, we will explain how the program works and discuss different settings found on the page. 

You can see your program in the upper left-hand corner of the page, and if you have multiple locations, you can view them in the dropdown next to the program name. You can choose to view all locations, select a few locations and press the apply button, or create a group for easy access to a group of locations.  

When viewing a selected number of locations, all stats and members in the selected groups are visible throughout the platform. For instance, if a business has 100 locations and a regional marketing manager has access to 15 locations, they can only view the statistics and members who have visited or signed up at the 15 locations. With a business owner login, all locations and groups are visible. 

 



On the left-hand side is the create setting side, where you can manage different modules. 

 



 

New Record

The New Record tab allows you to create a new record by selecting any menu options.

 



 

Member List

In the Member List tab, you can Manage Member Lists by clicking the subtab, Manage Custom Fields, and Manage Segments. All Manage tabs are where you create, update, and delete the respective modules.

 

 


 

Members tab

The Members tab allows you to Manage Members in your program.





Broadcast tab

The Broadcasts tab allows you to Manage Broadcasts, Manage Offers, and View the Queue. The View Queue shows all scheduled broadcasts. If you wish to send an offer to members, you must first create the offer and then attach it to the broadcast. You can learn more about sending broadcasts in the Create Broadcast article. 

 




Surveys tab 

In the Surveys tab, you can find existing surveys and create new ones. If you want to attach a survey to a broadcast, you must first do so.  If you want to attach a survey to a broadcast, first, you must create the survey and then attach it to the broadcast. When a survey is taken, you can view the replies in the Survey Replies subtab.

  

 



Transactions tab 

The Transactions tab allows you to view transactions by clicking the Manage Transactions subtab and Post Transactions by clicking the respective subtab. 

 

 



Stats tab

The Stats tab displays the Statistics subtab and Reporting subtab. The Statistics subtabs provide data measures for different actions performed. 

  




Log tab  

The Log tab gives access to the Member Import logs, Transaction Import logs, and API Transaction logs 

 

 



Tools and Settings 

In the upper right-hand corner is the Tools and Settings icon. 


Settings tab

  1. The first subtab is the Program Settings. In the Program Settings, you can make changes that affect the heart of the program, such as point structures, restrictions, and permissions.
  2. The Location Settings subtab is next on the list. Each location added here is found inside the online member wallet and mobile application. The directions to the business, the business hours, the website, and the social media links are all displayed inside of the location settings a member can access in the online member wallet and mobile application.
  3. The Manage Images subtab allows you upload, edit, and update images inside your program.
  4. The Manage Automation subtab allows you to automate the program with emails, SMS, and PUSH messages. When creating an automation trigger or autoresponder, first create the broadcast and then attach it to the respective automation tool.
  5. The Sender Profile subtab must be created to send emails; if you do not have one created, a warning pop-up will display when you log into the system. This sender profile must be double opted in and approved by Amazon SES. When creating a sender profile, Amazon will email a confirmation link. Once that link is clicked, your account will be approved for sending.
  6. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service subtabs allow you to update the respective legal documents for your program. 

 


 


Users tab

  1. Manage Users subtab is where you create users for the platform. 
  2. The Manage User Roles subtab allows a business owner or manager to create or update user roles.
  3. The Manage Permissions subtab is for System Admins.  

Depending on your user role, you may or may not have access to Manage User Roles. If there are specific settings you would like to put in place that you do not have access to, please create a support ticket. 

 

 

 


Forms tab

Member Wallet Forms subtab is where you access and update your programs online member wallets. The member wallet contains available points, offers, and settings for the member.

 


 

 

Games tab

  1. Gamification Wheel subtab is where you create a spin wheel game when logging into the tablet application or mobile application. 
  2. The Leaderboard Competition subtab allows you to create a monthly leaderboard competition.
  3. The Sweepstakes subtab allows you to pick sweepstakes winners who have purchased or visited the program.

 

 

 


Apps tab 

  1. The Mobile App Settings subtab is where you manage all settings and designs for the mobile application. 
  2. The Tablet App Settings subtab is where you manage all settings and designs for the tablet application. 
  3. The Geo Pin App Download Link is the link you download to an Android to set the radius for locations that are using Geolocation Check-In features. 
  4. The Tablet Download Link subtab, when clicked, copies a link to your clipboard that can be passed into a tablet. Once pasted in the web browser of Android tablet, the tablet application will download to the device. 


 



If using QR Code Settings, the subtab will replace the Geolocation Settings subtab. 

 

 

 

The User Settings are found in the upper right-hand corner. You'll see the time, your profile settings, and program broadcast credits. If you would like to view credit history or how many credits are available, click the respective tabs. Depending on your user level, these settings may or may not be available.
